Housing Question...Please help
Hi, Im a medical student at UTMB in Galveston and will be moving to Rio Grande city on the 25th for a 3 month rotation. I thought I had an apt, but they just told me today that I have to sign a 6 mo lease (previously they told me they would do 3) and if I break it I still have to pay out the rest of the lease. Which I cant really afford. So I am trying to find a decent apt in the city that I can stay in. Any ideas?
